Circle of "bad" Influence

I wonder if Michael Vick ever asked himself this question: Are my friends helping or hurting me?
His first friend to turn on him was his cousin, Davon Bodie. Davon's marijuana possession got it all started. Then Tony Taylor, a fast friend with a history for drug trafficking & reckless driving went "states evidence". Next to betray Vick was Quanis Phillips, a middle school friend with a history of drug charges. Michael, who you hang around does make a difference & in the end it's self-preservation that trumps. So sad.
Here is a great question. Who do YOU hang around? Do they lift you up, challenge you, make you a better person or do they drag you down?
"You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change." - Jim Rohn
