They should be ashamed....Great men like former president Clinton and Vice President Gore both got on TV blaming President Bush...for global warming....that is responsible for causing hurricanes.
People that take advantage of the disasters in New Orleans, Alabama, Florida, Texas for political gain are the second lowest form of life.....just a notch above TV evangelists that claim the storms are Gods revenge to sinners.

the causal relationship is that bushies corrupted and emasculated fema, which under clinton (and witt) had become professional and effective...causal is that under gore the levees and other environmental degradation in sw louisiana may have been addressed...clinton got many poor people off welfare and into jobs (at least he felt their pain)... gore would have unleashed our engineers and scientists toward energy independence... gore would have been pals with welch and inmelt rather than ken lay and halliburton...ge and the future, rather than anwr and roads in the wilderness ....gore won the popular vote and would have appointed federal judges and cabinet secretaries that werent neanderthal in their beliefs... dont know what the dems would have done after 9/11 --- probably listened to the generals rather than the civilian neocons, powell and mccaffrey and scowcroft....the egomanical asshole is ralph nader with his mantra that there was no diff between bush and gore....clinton is too astute too kick off hillary's campaign this early...
More will use this disaster to gain materially than to gain politicaly. Either way the people are the losers.
