Mom's Cheesecake Recipe


Graham cracker crust (buy at publix or home made)

2 cream cheese
2 eggs 
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsb vanilla

Mix till creamy no lumps

Bake 40 min at 350 degree

Take out of oven

Turn oven to 450

Mix 2 cups sour creme with 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla

Spread on top of cake and place in 450 oven for 10-15 minutes

Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours

When cool add topings

Strawberry glaze, blueberry, or mango glaze

Spring pan for larger cake

Crust is made from Graham crackers with sugar and butter.
