Vice President Biden was so disrespectful with the goofy smile and constant interruptions. I wish Ryan would have put him in his place. Mr. Vice President, I don't know what's so funny. Your administration has increased the national debt, has failed to reduce the unemployment rate, doled out billions in poor investments to solar companies with political ties, has a DOJ that will not explain Fast and Furious, a failed TARP Program that wasted money instead of focusing on "Shovel-Ready" jobs, and has mislead the American Public about the events in Libya.
