It was a great weekend, even if the Gators lost to South Carolina for the first time since 1939!I had the opportunity to fly to Charlotte, N.C. and visit the National Headquarters of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Mark Timmes, Executive Director took me for a personal tour of the offices and provided insight to the history and fraternity memoriabilia. I even had the opportunity to have dinner with a few of the National Foundation members and our past Executive Director, Durward Owen.
Our hosts at USC, Jerry and Mary Anne Brewer, provided an awesome tailgate party with great food and ice cold beer that helped ease the pain of another Gator Flop!
Of course we finished the weekend off with a late night run to the Waffle House.....
